CITY OF SMILES: BACOLOD CITY

Bacolod City is a lone district of Negros Island Region found at western part of region. This City called as the City of Smiles because of Sweet smiles of People in this City.

This City is neighbor or Talisay City in North and Bago City in South, almost Business Processing Outsourcing Buildings in Negros Island Region are here and biggest Retail industry like SM, Robinsons and Gaisano.

In Bacolod City, they celebrate Masskara Festival every month of October to celebrate of being happy of Bacolenos despite of any problems. Panaad sa Negros, Bacolenos also celebrate in month of April, and they called as 'Mother of all festivals in Negros Occidental.'
Panaad sa Negros always held at Panaad park and Stadium. 

Panaad is came from the old Ilonggo 'Ylonggo' word "Promise", in this Celebration, every cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental present their best festivals and their products from Delicaties, livestocks, fruit/root crops and their colorful culture.

*If you are in Manila, you can fly with an airplane from Manila to Silay Airport at Silay City
*and Ride with a Taxi to Bacolod City

it is the easiest way if you want to go in Bacolod City, but a little bit expensive.
